GCExperts LLC does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not participate in data broker networks and we do not monetize your data in any way beyond providing the BidTrakker service to you.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in connection with BidTrakker:

Stripe — Payment processing and membership verification. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
SAM.gov — Federal contract opportunity data is sourced from the U.S. General Services Administration's System for Award Management. This is publicly available government data.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure hosting. Data is stored on secure, U.S.-based AWS servers.

We do not share your personal information with these services beyond what is necessary for the functionality described above.

6. Cookies

BidTrakker uses cookies solely for session management (keeping you logged in). We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that track you across other websites. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, U.S.-based servers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
Encryption of sensitive data at rest
Access controls and authentication requirements
Regular security reviews and updates

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Know: You may request a summary of the personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal data. We will comply within 45 days, subject to legal obligations requiring data retention.
Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Opt-Out: Since we do not sell personal data, this right is satisfied by default.
Account Removal: You may request complete removal of your BidTrakker account and associated data.
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. State Privacy Law Compliance

GCExperts LLC complies with applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including but not limited to:

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have the rights described in Section 8 above. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.
Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA): Texas residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data.
Other State Laws: We extend equivalent rights to residents of all U.S. states with comprehensive privacy legislation, including Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and others as enacted.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When your GCExperts membership ends or you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

11. Children's Privacy

BidTrakker is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at sean@gcexperts.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of BidTrakker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
